In art, I'd love some domestic, canon H&W snuggling by the fire, or walking in the snow arm in arm, or something wintery and keeping warm together. Or maybe Watson's leg pains him in the winter and Holmes gives him a massage. This is all up for fic, as well. :D

In fic I love canon case!fic and established relationships, as well as first times and angst and repressed emotion coming out in a firework of sex and revelations. Maybe being cooped up for ages without any work to keep them busy makes them fight and then fuck. For BBC stuff, I like seeing Sherlock confused about his feelings for John (and they can be romantic only, if that's your bag!), and John being surprised and pleased and baffled by Sherlock's fumbling. Winter themes are lovely, London in the snow (or just cold, etc), maybe an office Christmas party or shopping or opening presents together and doin' it on the floor in a pile of wrapping paper.
