Marcus/Joan or Joan/Moriarty for shippy fic, and platonic fic with any of the following: Sherlock, Joan, Marcus, Gregson, Alfredo, Ms Hudson and Kitty. As I said, though, if you don't have enough Elementary writers I have the series to watch on DVD and I can binge it. For graphics I am completely open to any and all Holmes fandoms and ships as long as I can find screencaps or official art of the characters involved, though I will only make fanmixes for Sherlock BBC and Elementary, unless someone has a fic they would like a fanmix of (then I'm open to any Holmes fandom fic in that case, as long as it doesn't have my DNWs from what I want in a fic).
Regarding crossovers: for Sherlock BBC, I am comfortable crossing it over with Star Trek AOS (Khan Noonien Singh/Molly Hooper and Leonard McCoy/Molly Hooper for ships as well as gen stuff), Marvel Cinematic Universe (I primarily write Stephen Strange/Molly Hooper for this crossover but I also dabble in Clint Barton/Anthea and Mycroft Holmes/Natasha Romanoff, and gen stuff/other MCU ships are fine too), Cabin Pressure (I'm not super familiar with the later Cabin Pressure canon as of yet but I'm listening to it now, and I write Martin Crieff/Molly Hooper and "Martin and the Holmes siblings are related as cousins on their mother's side" fics), Doctor Who (Eleventh Doctor era focus mainly, though I can write Tenth and Twelfth Doctor & Clara era and I could try Twelve with Bill, Nine, Thirteen, Fourteen & Fifteen era as well after I binge on those eras; my primary crossover ships are Sherlock Holmes/Amy Pond and Rory Williams/Molly Hooper, plus gen stuff and other DW ships as well) and Criminal Minds (I stopped watching Criminal Minds around the time Emily came back from the "dead" but I can write all the main BAU characters who were on before that point except Jason Gideon and Elle Greenaway; I can also write Sherlock Holmes/Emily Prentiss as a specific crossover ship). For Elementary I would feel comfortable potentially crossing it over with Castle (no specific crossover ships but I do write Castle/Beckett as my main ship in my Castle fic) and possibly CSI: NY (I stopped watching regularly in S4 of CSI: NY but I do have access to all the seasons and can probably write post-series CSI: NY fic with the characters I'm familiar with since CSI: NY ended just about the time Elementary began, I believe). I also am adept at crossing over Sherlock BBC and Elementary together, and my preferred ships for that crossover are Sally/Joan and BBC!Lestrade/Joan primarily, though I'm open to trying others (if there's anyone that wants this particular crossover I may have questions about exactly how they'd like the shows combined before I consider writing it, so please don't give me anyone with only that specific crossover requested).

For one or more of the following characters or relationships: For Sherlock BBC my absolute favorite character is Molly Hooper, so focusing on her pleases me muchly in any ship or gen situation; for Elementary it's Joan, so same thing there. I am also open for gen fic/art in all three fandoms.
For Sherlock BBC specifically, I am not canon!John's biggest fan so I would prefer the more fanon versions of him that exist. I'm a huge fan of pretty much any het/femslash pairings you could consider (and if I don't already ship it I'm willing to be convinced); for slash ships I ship primarily Mycroft/Lestrade though I also like Moriarty/Moran (I'm among those who fancast Michael Fassbender as Sebastian Moran if you're doing art or graphics) and possibly Lestrade/John if you're up to it, and for OT3s I ship Sherlock/John/Mary, Sherlock/Molly/Irene, Moriarty/Moran/Eurus and Mycroft/Anthea/Lestrade.
For Elementary, as I said above, I'm only super familiar with S1 and the first half of S3, so I would love QPR!Sherlock/Joan, Marcus/Joan, Joan/Moriarty and past!Sherlock/Moriarty, plus I specifically love platonic!Joanlock as well as Sherlock's found family fic (I would kill for Gregson, Ms. Hudson, Alfredo and/or Kitty to be involved in any potential fics in some way, but it's not mandatory) and even though I haven't seen their characters yet, I wouldn't mind Mycroft and Morland involvement, especially if it's a pre-series Sherlock fic or a fic with flashbacks to him growing up.
For The Great Mouse Detective I have no problem with Basil & Dawson fic or art in either a platonic or romantic sense but I would also love stuff with the other characters, especially Professor Ratigan.
For crossovers, any fandom or pairing mentioned above that I write for both Sherlock BBC and Elementary is fine, and I would also love to potentially see crossovers with The Mentalist for either or both shows (I love the original five team members and for ships I love Rigsby/Van Pelt and Jane/Lisbon if you want to include them), CSI: Crime Scene Investigation for Elementary (not a huge Grissom/Sara but will take any ships and characters really, and if you focus on Greg Sanders and the techs from the Vegas labs I would love you forever), and Midsomer Murders or Inspector Lewis for BBC Sherlock (I kind of ship Ben Jones from Midsomer Murders with Sally Donovan, and I love the idea of Jones, Sally and James Hathaway from Inspector Lewis being friends). For The Great Mouse Detective I would be interested in seeing it crossed over with the Granada Holmes or ACD canon versions of Sherlock and Watson (depending on whether it's art or fic), plus there's a fic and potential art prompt for a quasi crossover with the "League of Extraordinary Gentleman" movie below as well.

Please include further details about what you’d like to receive: So first off, my DNWs: I do not want any heavy angst, and if there's mild angst I would like it resolved by the story's end with a happy ending preferred. Also, no rape/non-con/dubcon, no character death, and no dead children please. Also, for Sherlock BBC I would prefer there be no inclusion of Sherlock/John or any of the Holmescest ships as a background or side ship.
For graphics/podfic I would love stuff related to my fanfic! I have over 1,500 Sherlock BBC and I think about 50-something Elementary fic up on AO3 that is written either for the individual shows as well as crossed over with other fandoms, so I would be open to any of my fic to get fic covers, graphics with fic quotes, fanmixes inspired by the stories or podfic (with the exception of my Sherlock BBC fics with the Sherlock/John pairings...I don't ship the ship myself but have written it for others as gifts). For podfic specifically I have a few fics I would like to see done: Sway (a Star Trek AOS/Sherlock BBC fic with a Khan/Molly pairing) for a slightly longer fic, and Photo & References As Requested (a Sherlock BBC fic with a Sherlock/Molly pairing) and Serendipity & Coincidence (a Star Trek AOS/Sherlock BBC fic with a McCoy/Molly pairing) for shorter fics. For fic covers or fic graphics, I have a specific fic I would love graphics for. The fic is huge (over 266K words), but I would love at least a cover for The Art Of Love Is Largely The Art Of Persistence, which is a Series 4 Sherlolly AU set in San Diego County, California (primarily the Hillcrest district and surrounding areas in downtown San Diego). It's my labor of love so a fic cover or graphics/art/fanmix would be a truly well-loved gift. For fanmixes I'm open to any fic I've written as well as just general fanmixes inspired by characters or ships I've written and not necessarily a specific fic.
For more traditional art that is not related specifically to fic stuff, I have gotten amazing pieces of The Great Mouse Detective art over the years and I'm always hoping for more. What I would really love, if someone was willing to do art, is to have Basil & Dawson either interacting directly with the Granada Holmes versions of Sherlock and/or Watson (either Watson actor is fine if you want to include him) or running around in the forefront while those versions of Sherlock and/or Watson are in the background, especially if it's set in the human Baker Street abode. I would also love art for Molly Hooper or my crossover ship of Leonard McCoy/Molly Hooper as well (it can be related to a fic I wrote of that ship or not, I'm happy with either, but I'm the main McMolly fic writer on Ao3 as it was an RP ship I created with a friend so it's near and dear to my heart), or more Elementary art with Sherlock, Joan and members of their found family and/or Arthur.
Now, for fic. This is where I'm the most open to anything. I'm of the idea that it's fun to give authors a chance to explore ideas they might not otherwise have written except for having a nudge, so here's your nudge: if there's a fic in either the Sherlock BBC, Elementary or The Great Mouse Detective fandoms you've wanted to write that does not include my DNWs, this is your permission to go hog wild. You can write for any ship I haven't listed as a DNW (even if it's not a ship I've written before) because you have my permission to write it for me if that's your ship, mostly because I'm a huge multi-shipper and love discovering new ships.
Before I give specific prompts/guidelines I would like, if none of the prompts below speak to you and you still want a more specific starting point for Sherlock BBC fic in particular, I would totally be down for an answer to any of the prompts I have posted to my fic prompt blogs on Tumblr for either the show in general (bbcsherlockmultishipficprompts) or specifically for the Sherlock/Molly ship (simply-sherlolly-prompts). If there's a prompt you like but the ship isn't calling to you on either blog and you can adjust the prompt to a different non-Johnlock/non-Holmesest ship, feel free to do so! But anyway, here are some specifics fics/things in a fic I would like to see:
Sherlock BBC
- I once wrote a Sherlock BBC fic where John owned a pub and the other characters worked there or were involved in various ways that was written around S2 (Life Is To Be Enjoyed, Not Endured, for reference). What I would love to read is a new take on a pub AU with all the more major or at least memorable characters in the four season series included, where the pub in the fic belongs to someone other than John (though if you want John to run it with Mary, since she wasn't around when I wrote my fic, that would also be awesome). Also, I'm open to crossover characters from any British media making appearances as random customers to be like Easter eggs for readers (though if you do that I would love a note at the end of the chapter/fic with who they are and what show/movie they're from so I can look them up on Wikipedia if I'm not already familiar with them).
- There is not enough fic in the world where Lestrade has a daughter and the only reason he stayed with his wife so long is for his daughter's sake. I would love more. I would really love to have the focus be on Lestrade and his daughter (daughter's age is up to you but I like it best when she's either in the 10 - 14 year old range or where she went off to university after the party in "A Scandal In Belgravia" and before Lestrade shows up without his wedding ring on in Dartmoor during "The Hound of Baskerville"), and if you want to include a ship I would love either Mycroft/Lestrade or Mycroft/Anthea/Lestrade (though if you do have a ship I would prefer to have Lestrade not start a new relationship until after his divorce just because Lestrade strikes me as the type to have been loyal to his wife despite being attracted to one or both of them until he realizes other people can see she's not faithful to him after the incident at the Christmas party, which could totally be the catalyst for him leaving her). Side note: while I know some children do resent their parents for staying together for their sake, especially if one parent is cheating and they know it, just because that is a scenario that hits close to home for me on a personal level I would prefer Lestrade not be hated by his daughter too much, if at all. I don't have a preference as to whether or not the daughter knows her mom is cheating on her dad, but I kind of like that idea that the wife was more concerned about her own wants and needs and Lestrade tried to be the best parent he could to make up for that fact and the daughter (if she's younger) is at least aware that something is wrong about that and that this is not the way marriages are supposed to work as far as she can tell. And also, as this is a request with personal ties to my own life, feel free to absolutely vilify the hell out of Lestrade's ex (having watched my child's father cheat on me, I really can't stand cheaters).
- An S4/post-series Sherlock/John/Mary AU where Mary doesn't die and everyone gets through the remaining events of S4 (while they change slightly when it comes to the situation with Culverton Smith, you can still have Sherlock getting high out of guilt Mary took a bullet for him, John getting angry at Sherlock that his wife almost died, the bomb still going off at Baker Street and Sherlock, John and Mycroft still ending up in Eurus's house of horrors...basically the only difference is this time they all happen while Mary is in the hospital and later at home recovering from the bullet wound so she can't mount a rescue attempt or anything like that) and Mary and John then go into marriage counseling with someone Mycroft vetted as being able to handle the more classified side of Mary's past. At some point through counseling both John and Mary realize that they love Sherlock in a more romantic sense, and the feeling is reciprocal. They all figure out a way to make it work, raising Rosie together until she goes off to uni, When John retires from the clinic not long after, and Sherlock decides he wants to retire from being a consulting detective and leave London, they have a long talk about how they're planning to adjust to the situation. I would like there to be some acknowledgment that Sherlock does love both Irene and Molly but is not in love with them the way he is John and Mary, but I mostly want Mary and John to reconcile, Mary to be treated well by her husband after his near loss and John to get help with his anger issues and changing the way he treats Mary and Sherlock and become a man worthy of their love.
Elementary
- I have always wanted to read an Elementary AU where Sherlock and his family are magic users (either set in real world New York where magic otherwise doesn't exist or in an AU where magic is a recognized part of life and it's an urban fantasy-type situation) and he takes on Joan when he realizes she has potential to use magic as well. I would also still love for it to be a situation where they're still consultants and they solve murders and other crimes, and his addiction is to using illicit (but not dark/forbidden) magic enhancers because he tended to show off before the Irene incident happened. If you're really ambitious, rewriting various season 1 episodes with this idea (and potentially having Moriarty also be a magic user, though she uses dark/forbidden magic) would be so much fun. Bonus points if Sherlock and his family are descended from either the fae or Merlin.
- As my mother had breast cancer in 2015 and hit her ten-year cancer-free milestone last year (yay!), I would love a fic where it's shown that Joan fought hard with her cancer treatment (either in flashbacks or in stories told by the people who helped her through it), and in present day she's celebrating her 10-year cancer free milestone with her family and friends. This is a fic where I'd love all the New York-based found family at the milestone celebration as well as Arthur, Oren, Lin, Kitty and Archie if you don't have them there in the story when Joan was going through treatment if you use flashbacks.
- Another Elementary fic idea I had was at some point after most of "Their Last Bow" Joan, Kitty and Sherlock are basically raising Archie and Arthur at the Brownstone as a family of five, so to speak. I would love it if at some point after Holmes revealed he was still alive but before the year flash-forward Kitty came back to New York with Archie and just never left again, so Archie and Arthur grew up as close as brothers, and Sherlock helped raise both boys as a well-loved uncle and father figure because neither Joan or Kitty got into long-lasting relationships while the boys were growing up. It can be moments from the moment Kitty comes back till when the last boy leaves for college, or maybe the three of them reminiscing together when it's just the three of them because both boys attend college outside of New York and it's now just Sherlock, Joan and Kitty at the Brownstone by themselves. Feel free to also have characters like Gregson, Marcus, Alfredo and Ms. Hudson pop in if you're telling moments from the three of them raising the boys.
Sherlock BBC/Elementary Crossovers
- I have a series where BBC!Sherlock and Elementary!Sherlock are cousins, and I've crossed over the two shows in a soulmate AU series as well for an old Holmestice entry where there were simply people who were similar yet different with the same names existing in the world. I would like to see someone else's take on the idea that BBC!Sherlock and Elementary!Sherlock co-exist in the same universe. Feel free to use one of my ideas as a springboard or come up with a whole new one, and please include as many other Sherlock BBC and Elementary characters you want, even if I'm not caught up on the Elementary characters yet. This is the only prompt where I could potentially be open to BBC!Johnlock and non-QPR!Joanlock as ships if you want to include them.
- For a more specific crossover between the shows that could potentially work in a canon kinda way, I would like a fic where John Watson and Harry Watson are the children of Joan Watson's stepfather Henry Watson prior to him marrying Joan's mother Mary. Their mother was British and when Henry and their mother got divorced after Henry cheated on her, John and Harry stayed in England while Henry returned to the United States and were brought up without any contact with their father. Surprisingly, both Joan and John both fall into helping consulting detectives named Sherlock (feel to change the surname of one of the Sherlocks if you'd like), and John Watson isn't aware his father is even still alive or that he's got step-siblings until "The Heart Hit Home" is published and Joan contacts John to seek him and Harry out since Henry had reconciled with Joan after giving her the manuscript and then told her and Oren about the children from his first marriage in an effort to stop keeping secrets from his family (though Mary already knew about them, Henry had misrepresented the situation between him and his first wife greatly to her and they had at the time of their marriage decided not to tell Joan and Oren since Henry had no contact with John and Harry). Joan had sought John out via a private investigator and found out about the similarities between them but wasn't sure she should reach out until her Sherlock suggested she do it. I would love for Joan and John to eventually have a good relationship (and possibly Harry and Joan, and Oren with both John and Harry), but I will leave how Henry and John and Henry and Harry's relationship end up up to you.
- For a slightly more out-there prompt, I like the idea of Elementary!Sherlock being a fictional character in the BBC!universe, being the creation of BBC!Watson when he was in university instead of BBC!Watson being a blogger, and he's been publishing the fictional stories for years before meeting BBC!Sherlock, only stopping when he went to Afghanistan. When he got sent home with his war injury he was suffering from severe writers block until he met BBC!Sherlock and starts solving actual cases with him, which he then turns into fictional stories for Sherlock and Joan to solve (basically, Elementary canon is used for fictional stories set prior to the stories based on the first two episodes of BBC canon and assorted cases John has blogged about in supplemental materials, which are then also fictionalized as being solved by Sherlock & Joan instead of being blogged about, if that makes sense). When BBC!Watson gets a "fan" (BBC!Moriarty) who can see the cases based on what BBC!Sherlock and BBC!Watson actually solve involve him, he wants to put BBC!Watson in his place and BBC!Sherlock and BBC!Watson need to stop him, which is when the Carl Powers case comes into play and BBC!Sherlock realizes his personal connection to BBC!Moriarty is more dangerous than BBC!Moriarty's obsession with BBC!Watson.
- A much simpler crossover prompt: Post series 4 for Sherlock BBC and after the one year time skip in "Their Last Bow," John takes a vacation with Rosie to New York City. John and Rosie encounter Joan and Arthur at a playground and the two adults chat. You can have them each talk about their Sherlocks and other friends by name if you want but I think it would be much more cooler if they don't share their last names or the names of their various friends and associates as they chat (so like John will talk about his Sherlock and Joan will talk about hers, but neither will know they're both named Sherlock Holmes for example). I would love it if BBC!Mary is the exception to that, where John gives just Mary's first name as his deceased wife/Rosie's mum and then Joan says that's her mother's name.
Other Crossovers
- For any potential crossover requests with shows/movies that are outside of Sherlock BBC and/or Elementary you'd like to try that aren't for a specific prompt listed below, I am game for any AUs that don't involve the characters in their specific canon elements (crime solving for Sherlock BBC/Elementary, space exploration for Star Trek, superheroes for MCU, etc.) because I think those kind of crossovers can be so much easier to write instead of trying to make two very different genres smash together in a way that makes sense. Coffee shop, soulmate, fantasy/magical, mermaids, whatever...if you have any specific AUs you're fond of and you want to expand the characters outside of my Holmes-centric fandoms, go wild.
- In relation to the above, I have a particular fondness for college/university AUs where the characters used are teaching courses related to aspects of their canon selves, and I would really love an MCU crossover with Sherlock BBC set at various universities in Oxford for this specific AU, where the characters you use meet up in a pub once a week to unwind for a pub-sponsored quiz night situation. I have no preference for specific MCU characters for the most part (I do have a slight Team Cap preference but I love pretty much everyone, I'm not super familiar with the Netflix MCU characters but feel free to include them if you want, I would love any of the Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D characters to be involved somehow but especially the initial team in S1 minus Ward, and I would adore having Yelena, Kate, Kamala and the main Spiderman trio as potential students at various grade levels), but I do ship Stephen/Molly, Clint/Anthea and Mycroft/Natasha if you'd like to include any of those ships (feel free to include any other Sherlock BBC or MCU ships I've written before on my AO3 account as fell or feel free to create new ships if you'd like...I multiship for most characters in both fandoms so I'm not tied to liking any one specific ship over another).
- For anyone interested in writing a Sherlock BBC/Star Trek AOS crossover for me, I would really love fics where Molly (and potentially other Sherlock BBC characters) either end up transported from their time to the universe where the AOS movies take place, or where they already exist in the AOS universe as members of Starfleet as opposed to what I usually write, which is AOS characters ending up in the Sherlock universe. I'm up for any background AOS ships you'd like to include, and if you want to just write a Sherlock BBC/Star Trek AOS crossover without Khan/Molly or McCoy/Molly that's fine too! If that's the case I don't have any Khan ships I ship and my main McCoy ships are Kirk/McCoy, Spock/McCoy and McCoy/Carol (but I would really love Carol's inclusion either way if you're comfortable writing her, especially if it's a Molly-centric fic because I think they'd get along so well).
- To go with the art prompt for The Great Mouse Detective/Granada Holmes (or simply ACD canon since this isn't a visual media request), I would love a fic set in a universe where Sherlock and Watson are aware of Basil and Dawson and the mice can communicate with the humans, and occasionally questions are asked, advice is given and cheese is shared.
- Relating specifically to the movie version of "League of Extraordinary Gentleman" quasi-crossover mentioned above, I would love a fic where instead of the events of The Great Mouse Detective happening as it did Basil & Dawson interact with the mice versions of the "League of Extraordinary Gentleman" characters as they all go after Professor Ratigan. You don't have to follow the plot of either movie or the LXG comics (though I would love to have the ending still take place at Big Ben, just with Basil as well as the "League of Extraordinary Gentleman" mice dealing with Ratigan before his demise), but I mostly just want mice versions of Mina Harker, Dorian Gray, Tom Sawyer, etc. interacting with Basil, Dawson, Ratigan and potentially Mrs. Judson, Olivia, Mr. Flaversham, Fidget, Toby and the Mouse Queen. Feel free to use as many or as few of the characters from both movies as you want, and also to have the human characters from "League of Extraordinary Gentleman" in the background associate with Sherlock Holmes and John Watson while they were in London during the events of their movie takes place, but I would especially love mice versions of Mina, Dorian and Tom at the very least. Regarding crossovers: for Sherlock BBC, I am comfortable crossing it over with Star Trek AOS (Khan Noonien Singh/Molly Hooper and Leonard McCoy/Molly Hooper for ships as well as gen stuff), Marvel Cinematic Universe (I primarily write Stephen Strange/Molly Hooper for this crossover but I also dabble in Clint Barton/Anthea and Mycroft Holmes/Natasha Romanoff, and gen stuff/other MCU ships are fine too), Cabin Pressure (I'm not super familiar with the later Cabin Pressure canon as of yet but I'm listening to it now, and I write Martin Crieff/Molly Hooper and "Martin and the Holmes siblings are related as cousins on their mother's side" fics), Doctor Who (Eleventh Doctor era focus mainly, though I can write Tenth and Twelfth Doctor & Clara era and I could try Twelve with Bill, Nine, Thirteen, Fourteen & Fifteen era as well after I binge on those eras; my primary crossover ships are Sherlock Holmes/Amy Pond and Rory Williams/Molly Hooper, plus gen stuff and other DW ships as well) and Criminal Minds (I stopped watching Criminal Minds around the time Emily came back from the "dead" but I can write all the main BAU characters who were on before that point except Jason Gideon and Elle Greenaway; I can also write Sherlock Holmes/Emily Prentiss as a specific crossover ship). For Sherlock BBC specifically, I am not canon!John's biggest fan so I would prefer the more fanon versions of him that exist. I'm a huge fan of pretty much any het/femslash pairings you could consider (and if I don't already ship it I'm willing to be convinced); for slash ships I ship primarily Mycroft/Lestrade though I also like Moriarty/Moran (I'm among those who fancast Michael Fassbender as Sebastian Moran if you're doing art or graphics) and possibly Lestrade/John if you're up to it, and for OT3s I ship Sherlock/John/Mary, Sherlock/Molly/Irene, Moriarty/Moran/Eurus and Mycroft/Anthea/Lestrade.
For Elementary, as I said above, I'm only super familiar with S1 and the first half of S3, so I would love QPR!Sherlock/Joan, Marcus/Joan, Joan/Moriarty and past!Sherlock/Moriarty, plus I specifically love platonic!Joanlock as well as Sherlock's found family fic (I would kill for Gregson, Ms. Hudson, Alfredo and/or Kitty to be involved in any potential fics in some way, but it's not mandatory) and even though I haven't seen their characters yet, I wouldn't mind Mycroft and Morland involvement, especially if it's a pre-series Sherlock fic or a fic with flashbacks to him growing up.
For The Great Mouse Detective I have no problem with Basil & Dawson fic or art in either a platonic or romantic sense but I would also love stuff with the other characters, especially Professor Ratigan.

Please include further details about what you’d like to receive: So first off, my DNWs: I do not want any heavy angst, and if there's mild angst I would like it resolved by the story's end with a happy ending preferred. Also, for Sherlock BBC I would prefer there be no inclusion of Sherlock/John or any of the Holmescest ships as a background or side ship.
For graphics/podfic I would love stuff related to my fanfic! I have over 1,500 Sherlock BBC and I think about 50-something Elementary fic up on AO3 that is written either for the individual shows as well as crossed over with other fandoms, so I would be open to any of my fic to get fic covers, graphics with fic quotes, fanmixes inspired by the stories or podfic (with the exception of my Sherlock BBC fics with the Sherlock/John pairings...I don't ship the ship myself but have written it for others as gifts). For podfic specifically I have a few fics I would like to see done: Sway (a Star Trek AOS/Sherlock BBC fic with a Khan/Molly pairing) for a slightly longer fic, and Photo & References As Requested (a Sherlock BBC fic with a Sherlock/Molly pairing) and Serendipity & Coincidence (a Star Trek AOS/Sherlock BBC fic with a McCoy/Molly pairing) for shorter fics. For fic covers or fic graphics, I have a specific fic I would love graphics for. The fic is huge (over 266K words), but I would love at least a cover for The Art Of Love Is Largely The Art Of Persistence, which is a Series 4 Sherlolly AU set in San Diego County, California (primarily the Hillcrest district and surrounding areas in downtown San Diego). It's my labor of love so a fic cover or graphics/art/fanmix would be a truly well-loved gift. For fanmixes I'm open to any fic I've written as well as just general fanmixes inspired by characters or ships I've written and not necessarily a specific fic.
For more traditional art that is not related specifically to fic stuff, I have gotten amazing pieces of The Great Mouse Detective art over the years and I'm always hoping for more. What I would really love, if someone was willing to do art, is to have Basil & Dawson either interacting directly with the Granada Holmes versions of Sherlock and/or Watson (either Watson actor is fine if you want to include him) or running around in the forefront while those versions of Sherlock and/or Watson are in the background, especially if it's set in the human Baker Street abode. I would also love art for Molly Hooper or my crossover ship of Leonard McCoy/Molly Hooper as well (it can be related to a fic I wrote of that ship or not, I'm happy with either, but I'm the main McMolly fic writer on Ao3 as it was an RP ship I created with a friend so it's near and dear to my heart), or more Elementary art with Sherlock, Joan and members of their found family and/or Arthur.
Now, for fic. This is where I'm the most open to anything. I'm of the idea that it's fun to give authors a chance to explore ideas they might not otherwise have written except for having a nudge, so here's your nudge: if there's a fic in either the Sherlock BBC, Elementary or The Great Mouse Detective fandoms you've wanted to write that does not include my DNWs, this is your permission to go hog wild. You can write for any ship I haven't listed as a DNW (even if it's not a ship I've written before) because you have my permission to write it for me if that's your ship, mostly because I'm a huge multi-shipper and love discovering new ships.
Before I give specific prompts/guidelines I would like, if none of the prompts below speak to you and you still want a more specific starting point for Sherlock BBC fic in particular, I would totally be down for an answer to any of the prompts I have posted to my fic prompt blogs on Tumblr for either the show in general (bbcsherlockmultishipficprompts) or specifically for the Sherlock/Molly ship (simply-sherlolly-prompts). If there's a prompt you like but the ship isn't calling to you on either blog and you can adjust the prompt to a different non-Johnlock/non-Holmesest ship, feel free to do so! But anyway, here are some specifics fics/things in a fic I would like to see:
Sherlock BBC
- I once wrote a Sherlock BBC fic where John owned a pub and the other characters worked there or were involved in various ways that was written around S2 (Life Is To Be Enjoyed, Not Endured, for reference). What I would love to read is a new take on a pub AU with all the more major or at least memorable characters in the four season series included, where the pub in the fic belongs to someone other than John (though if you want John to run it with Mary, since she wasn't around when I wrote my fic, that would also be awesome). Also, I'm open to crossover characters from any British media making appearances as random customers to be like Easter eggs for readers (though if you do that I would love a note at the end of the chapter/fic with who they are and what show/movie they're from so I can look them up on Wikipedia if I'm not already familiar with them).
- There is not enough fic in the world where Lestrade has a daughter and the only reason he stayed with his wife so long is for his daughter's sake. I would love more. I would really love to have the focus be on Lestrade and his daughter (daughter's age is up to you but I like it best when she's either in the 10 - 14 year old range or where she went off to university after the party in "A Scandal In Belgravia" and before Lestrade shows up without his wedding ring on in Dartmoor during "The Hound of Baskerville"), and if you want to include a ship I would love either Mycroft/Lestrade or Mycroft/Anthea/Lestrade (though if you do have a ship I would prefer to have Lestrade not start a new relationship until after his divorce just because Lestrade strikes me as the type to have been loyal to his wife despite being attracted to one or both of them until he realizes other people can see she's not faithful to him after the incident at the Christmas party, which could totally be the catalyst for him leaving her). Side note: while I know some children do resent their parents for staying together for their sake, especially if one parent is cheating and they know it, just because that is a scenario that hits close to home for me on a personal level I would prefer Lestrade not be hated by his daughter too much, if at all. I don't have a preference as to whether or not the daughter knows her mom is cheating on her dad, but I kind of like that idea that the wife was more concerned about her own wants and needs and Lestrade tried to be the best parent he could to make up for that fact and the daughter (if she's younger) is at least aware that something is wrong about that and that this is not the way marriages are supposed to work as far as she can tell. And also, as this is a request with personal ties to my own life, feel free to absolutely vilify the hell out of Lestrade's ex (having watched my child's father cheat on me, I really can't stand cheaters).
- An S4/post-series Sherlock/John/Mary AU where Mary doesn't die and everyone gets through the remaining events of S4 (while they change slightly when it comes to the situation with Culverton Smith, you can still have Sherlock getting high out of guilt Mary took a bullet for him, John getting angry at Sherlock that his wife almost died, the bomb still going off at Baker Street and Sherlock, John and Mycroft still ending up in Eurus's house of horrors...basically the only difference is this time they all happen while Mary is in the hospital and later at home recovering from the bullet wound so she can't mount a rescue attempt or anything like that) and Mary and John then go into marriage counseling with someone Mycroft vetted as being able to handle the more classified side of Mary's past. At some point through counseling both John and Mary realize that they love Sherlock in a more romantic sense, and the feeling is reciprocal. They all figure out a way to make it work, raising Rosie together until she goes off to uni, When John retires from the clinic not long after, and Sherlock decides he wants to retire from being a consulting detective and leave London, they have a long talk about how they're planning to adjust to the situation. I would like there to be some acknowledgment that Sherlock does love both Irene and Molly but is not in love with them the way he is John and Mary, but I mostly want Mary and John to reconcile, Mary to be treated well by her husband after his near loss and John to get help with his anger issues and changing the way he treats Mary and Sherlock and become a man worthy of their love.
Elementary
- I have always wanted to read an Elementary AU where Sherlock and his family are magic users (either set in real world New York where magic otherwise doesn't exist or in an AU where magic is a recognized part of life and it's an urban fantasy-type situation) and he takes on Joan when he realizes she has potential to use magic as well. I would also still love for it to be a situation where they're still consultants and they solve murders and other crimes, and his addiction is to using illicit (but not dark/forbidden) magic enhancers because he tended to show off before the Irene incident happened. If you're really ambitious, rewriting various season 1 episodes with this idea (and potentially having Moriarty also be a magic user, though she uses dark/forbidden magic) would be so much fun. Bonus points if Sherlock and his family are descended from either the fae or Merlin.
- As my mother had breast cancer in 2015 and hit her ten-year cancer-free milestone last year (yay!), I would love a fic where it's shown that Joan fought hard with her cancer treatment (either in flashbacks or in stories told by the people who helped her through it), and in present day she's celebrating her 10-year cancer free milestone with her family and friends. This is a fic where I'd love all the New York-based found family at the milestone celebration as well as Arthur, Oren, Lin, Kitty and Archie if you don't have them there in the story when Joan was going through treatment if you use flashbacks.
- Another Elementary fic idea I had was at some point after most of "Their Last Bow" Joan, Kitty and Sherlock are basically raising Archie and Arthur at the Brownstone as a family of five, so to speak. I would love it if at some point after Holmes revealed he was still alive but before the year flash-forward Kitty came back to New York with Archie and just never left again, so Archie and Arthur grew up as close as brothers, and Sherlock helped raise both boys as a well-loved uncle and father figure because neither Joan or Kitty got into long-lasting relationships while the boys were growing up. It can be moments from the moment Kitty comes back till when the last boy leaves for college, or maybe the three of them reminiscing together when it's just the three of them because both boys attend college outside of New York and it's now just Sherlock, Joan and Kitty at the Brownstone by themselves. Feel free to also have characters like Gregson, Marcus, Alfredo and Ms. Hudson pop in if you're telling moments from the three of them raising the boys.
Sherlock BBC/Elementary Crossovers
- I have a series where BBC!Sherlock and Elementary!Sherlock are cousins, and I've crossed over the two shows in a soulmate AU series as well for an old Holmestice entry where there were simply people who were similar yet different with the same names existing in the world. I would like to see someone else's take on the idea that BBC!Sherlock and Elementary!Sherlock co-exist in the same universe. Feel free to use one of my ideas as a springboard or come up with a whole new one, and please include as many other Sherlock BBC and Elementary characters you want, even if I'm not caught up on the Elementary characters yet. This is the only prompt where I could potentially be open to BBC!Johnlock and non-QPR!Joanlock as ships if you want to include them.
- For a more specific crossover between the shows that could potentially work in a canon kinda way, I would like a fic where John Watson and Harry Watson are the children of Joan Watson's stepfather Henry Watson prior to him marrying Joan's mother Mary. Their mother was British and when Henry and their mother got divorced after Henry cheated on her, John and Harry stayed in England while Henry returned to the United States and were brought up without any contact with their father. Surprisingly, both Joan and John both fall into helping consulting detectives named Sherlock (feel to change the surname of one of the Sherlocks if you'd like), and John Watson isn't aware his father is even still alive or that he's got step-siblings until "The Heart Hit Home" is published and Joan contacts John to seek him and Harry out since Henry had reconciled with Joan after giving her the manuscript and then told her and Oren about the children from his first marriage in an effort to stop keeping secrets from his family (though Mary already knew about them, Henry had misrepresented the situation between him and his first wife greatly to her and they had at the time of their marriage decided not to tell Joan and Oren since Henry had no contact with John and Harry). Joan had sought John out via a private investigator and found out about the similarities between them but wasn't sure she should reach out until her Sherlock suggested she do it. I would love for Joan and John to eventually have a good relationship (and possibly Harry and Joan, and Oren with both John and Harry), but I will leave how Henry and John and Henry and Harry's relationship end up up to you.
- For a slightly more out-there prompt, I like the idea of Elementary!Sherlock being a fictional character in the BBC!universe, being the creation of BBC!Watson when he was in university instead of BBC!Watson being a blogger, and he's been publishing the fictional stories for years before meeting BBC!Sherlock, only stopping when he went to Afghanistan. When he got sent home with his war injury he was suffering from severe writers block until he met BBC!Sherlock and starts solving actual cases with him, which he then turns into fictional stories for Sherlock and Joan to solve (basically, Elementary canon is used for fictional stories set prior to the stories based on the first two episodes of BBC canon and assorted cases John has blogged about in supplemental materials, which are then also fictionalized as being solved by Sherlock & Joan instead of being blogged about, if that makes sense). When BBC!Watson gets a "fan" (BBC!Moriarty) who can see the cases based on what BBC!Sherlock and BBC!Watson actually solve involve him, he wants to put BBC!Watson in his place and BBC!Sherlock and BBC!Watson need to stop him, which is when the Carl Powers case comes into play and BBC!Sherlock realizes his personal connection to BBC!Moriarty is more dangerous than BBC!Moriarty's obsession with BBC!Watson.
- A much simpler crossover prompt: Post series 4 for Sherlock BBC and after the one year time skip in "Their Last Bow," John takes a vacation with Rosie to New York City. John and Rosie encounter Joan and Arthur at a playground and the two adults chat. You can have them each talk about their Sherlocks and other friends by name if you want but I think it would be much more cooler if they don't share their last names or the names of their various friends and associates as they chat (so like John will talk about his Sherlock and Joan will talk about hers, but neither will know they're both named Sherlock Holmes for example). I would love it if BBC!Mary is the exception to that, where John gives just Mary's first name as his deceased wife/Rosie's mum and then Joan says that's her mother's name.
Other Crossovers
- For any potential crossover requests with shows/movies that are outside of Sherlock BBC and/or Elementary you'd like to try that aren't for a specific prompt listed below, I am game for any AUs that don't involve the characters in their specific canon elements (crime solving for Sherlock BBC/Elementary, space exploration for Star Trek, superheroes for MCU, etc.) because I think those kind of crossovers can be so much easier to write instead of trying to make two very different genres smash together in a way that makes sense. Coffee shop, soulmate, fantasy/magical, mermaids, whatever...if you have any specific AUs you're fond of and you want to expand the characters outside of my Holmes-centric fandoms, go wild.
- In relation to the above, I have a particular fondness for college/university AUs where the characters used are teaching courses related to aspects of their canon selves, and I would really love an MCU crossover with Sherlock BBC set at various universities in Oxford for this specific AU, where the characters you use meet up in a pub once a week to unwind for a pub-sponsored quiz night situation. I have no preference for specific MCU characters for the most part (I do have a slight Team Cap preference but I love pretty much everyone, I'm not super familiar with the Netflix MCU characters but feel free to include them if you want, I would love any of the Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D characters to be involved somehow but especially the initial team in S1 minus Ward, and I would adore having Yelena, Kate, Kamala and the main Spiderman trio as potential students at various grade levels), but I do ship Stephen/Molly, Clint/Anthea and Mycroft/Natasha if you'd like to include any of those ships (feel free to include any other Sherlock BBC or MCU ships I've written before on my AO3 account as fell or feel free to create new ships if you'd like...I multiship for most characters in both fandoms so I'm not tied to liking any one specific ship over another).
- For anyone interested in writing a Sherlock BBC/Star Trek AOS crossover for me, I would really love fics where Molly (and potentially other Sherlock BBC characters) either end up transported from their time to the universe where the AOS movies take place, or where they already exist in the AOS universe as members of Starfleet as opposed to what I usually write, which is AOS characters ending up in the Sherlock universe. I'm up for any background AOS ships you'd like to include, and if you want to just write a Sherlock BBC/Star Trek AOS crossover without Khan/Molly or McCoy/Molly that's fine too! If that's the case I don't have any Khan ships I ship and my main McCoy ships are Kirk/McCoy, Spock/McCoy and McCoy/Carol (but I would really love Carol's inclusion either way if you're comfortable writing her, especially if it's a Molly-centric fic because I think they'd get along so well).
- To go with the art prompt for The Great Mouse Detective/Granada Holmes (or simply ACD canon since this isn't a visual media request), I would love a fic set in a universe where Sherlock and Watson are aware of Basil and Dawson and the mice can communicate with the humans, and occasionally questions are asked, advice is given and cheese is shared.
- Relating specifically to the movie version of "League of Extraordinary Gentleman" quasi-crossover mentioned above, I would love a fic where instead of the events of The Great Mouse Detective happening as it did Basil & Dawson interact with the mice versions of the "League of Extraordinary Gentleman" characters as they all go after Professor Ratigan. You don't have to follow the plot of either movie or the LXG comics (though I would love to have the ending still take place at Big Ben, just with Basil as well as the "League of Extraordinary Gentleman" mice dealing with Ratigan before his demise), but I mostly just want mice versions of Mina Harker, Dorian Gray, Tom Sawyer, etc. interacting with Basil, Dawson, Ratigan and potentially Mrs. Judson, Olivia, Mr. Flaversham, Fidget, Toby and the Mouse Queen. Feel free to use as many or as few of the characters from both movies as you want, and also to have the human characters from "League of Extraordinary Gentleman" in the background associate with Sherlock Holmes and John Watson while they were in London during the events of their movie takes place, but I would especially love mice versions of Mina, Dorian and Tom at the very least. This would also be a cool concept for art as well if you can design new characters from "League of Extraordinary Gentleman" in The Great Mouse Detective's style, but even just a fic would be freaking fantastic.
Special requests: So I am definitely open for writing BBC!Sherlock/John if needed but would prefer not to unless there's matching issues where there's no other option. I would also really love to be paired, if at all possible, with someone who wants both graphics and fic, in case my writing muse is still kind of on the dead side when it comes time to create works for the event. And for fic prompts, please don't pair me with someone who only wants angst.
