If you're willing to write adult sibling incest, I'm still hoping to someday receive a fic with angsty long-term John/Harry incestuous relationship that continues today, with Sherlock commentary on same. Serious fic, not crack/joke, although there may be bits of humor within. John and Sherlock should have a very close / intimate relationship, whether very strong best friends, QPR, friends with benefits, or romantic relationship. I am good with cheating themes if you want, or open relationship, and the fic can have any kind of ending. This could be any of the parts of fandom, and with House MD could be Wilson/Danny or Wilson/other brother. In Sherlock BBC, Harry should remain a lesbian adding another twist to the incest. Sherlock & Co's John is an only child, but Harry could be a close cousin of any gender.
Do Not Want: Works with minimal attention to John. Dismissing or sidelining John and Sherlock's relationship -- critique is fine and other relationships are fine, just make sure to include John and Sherlock too. Also DNW focus on/kink for: Vomiting, scat, watersports, omaroshi.
