holmestice | Submissions are Due Tomorrow!

I hope that wasn't a collective gasp of panic I heard!

This is just a friendly modly reminder that submissions are due tomorrow. Please email your submissions to holmesticemods@googlemail.com. As long as it is May 25th somewhere in the world when you make your submission we will consider it on time. If you need an extension, please send your request for an extension as soon as possible. We will respond to those requests with an email confirmation that we received it. If we do not have your submission or an extension request by the end of May 25th we will consider you in default and will be lining up a pinch hitter.

For fic, please make sure your story is properly formatted with html tags for posting. If you need assistance with this, please email us and we can help you out.

If you are submitting art or media you may host it yourself as long as your hosting site does NOT include your identity anywhere (i.e. link to your flickr or youtube account). If it does, please submit any art or media directly to our inbox and we will host it for you.

Remember, the exchange is anonymous until the big reveal so please do not link or post your work to your personal journals, twitter accounts, or tumblr blogs. We will be posting ALL works ourselves to this community as mods to preserve anonymity.

Please also be sure to comment and leave feedback on your gift as I'm sure the person who made it for you will be looking for them! Also, do not respond to comments or feedback on the item you created until after the reveal.

Occasionally computer monitors dying or friends that show up on your doorstep unannounced 3 days before they are scheduled to be in town happen so a little patience is nice if we don't respond right away.
