I’m not going to be super picky, because I just want to see more Mystrade. I’ll put a few ideas down, but don’t feel like you have to use them. If you include John & Sherlock as supporting characters, I’m fine with Johnlock being a side pairing to the story. I’m only not requesting them so they don’t overshadow Mystrade.

1) Mycroft and Lestrade are an established couple before a Study in Pink. Sherlock being his brother-in-law is the main reason that Lestrade lets him consult on cases.
2) Mycroft is a single father. His daughter’s best friend is Lestrade’s daughter. The two conspire to get their father’s together after Lestrade’s divorce. Lestrade can have other children or his daughter can be an only child, I’m not going to be fussy.
3) Lestrade has a close call on a case and Mycroft gets very attentive and clingy.
4) Anything smutty. My head-canon is that they trade off who tops, so not going to be picky there.
5) Mycroft and Lestrade adopting kid(s) after they get together. Mycroft thinks it’s a very bad idea, but Lestrade is able to convince him.
6) Harry Potter AU
7) Dealing with the fallout from Reichenbach. What happens between Reichenbach and The Empty Hearse?
8) University AU
9) First date and/or first time in bed together.
10) Anything that has tooth-rotting fluff.
