Sign-ups are officially closed - please email us at holmesticemods@gmail.com or leave a comment on this post if you have any questions or concerns! Welcome to the new participants -- we're excited to see you! -- and welcome back to everyone who is returning for another around!

Please keep an eye on your email during the next week -- if we have questions about your sign-up we will reach out via email or a comment or both. In such cases, we will need an answer from you before we can continue matching.

Just as a reminder, we'll spend the next week or so furiously matching with assignments going out no later than the 17th. We'll post a notice here when matches have been sent out.

A few reminders:

We try to match as much as possible for diversity in the creations - this means if you've offered or asked for a rarer source or pairing we'll probably attempt a match on that.
We do our best to make sure that everyone has at least a couple of options in their matches.
We look back at least 6 rounds (3 years) in an effort not to re-match, but depending on your request you may be re-matched with someone you have created for before.
Requests for re-matches can be very difficult to accommodate since usually everyone has already been assigned out. That said, we do sometimes make mistakes, so please reach out to communicate with us.
Any changes made to your sign-ups after this post goes up will not be taken into consideration for matching purposes!

As always, we'll post calls for pinch-hitters and betas soon -- please keep an eye out for those. As we near the submission deadline, we'll post reminders and instructions on how to submit your creations.
