First, my requests list is not definitive. Much like others in this exchange, I have knowledge of and enjoy a HUGE range of Holmesiana, so if there is something on my list that you're just DYING to write, so long as it matches my general requirements for pairings, categories, ratings, and lack of squicks, I'm good to go.
As for specifics:
Canon - I am eternally interested in some of the secondary characters, especially the myriad of Violets, Kitty Winter, Isadora Klein, Lestrade, Hopkins, all the Yarders together, Shinwell Johnson, Porlock... any of them. I love learning more about their inner world and what their life is like outside of the glimpses we see of them in the stories. I also enjoy these characters in relation to their relationships with Holmes and Watson over time. For art, I love seeing non-standard depictions of canon characters. Additionally, I've just read the Peter Wimsey-Harriet Vane novels, and am fascinated by the idea of Wimsey and Holmes, in particular, meeting. Though if you could get all four in a room together that would be delightful. Oooo, what would BUNTER think of them all??
Mystery Queen - I've only seen the first season, but I do love this show. I have no specific requests, beyond the fact that I want more of this. I want to see Seol-ok become a detective and her relationship with her in-laws change, and what her friendship with Wan-seung becomes. Abstract-y art would be cool for this, with lotsa symbolism and the like. Icons would also be welcome. Oh, and a vid! This show needs more vids. If you are a vidder and you want to tackle Mystery Queen, feel free to include the second season; I've read all the spoilers.
Whitehead Holmes - Honestly, it would be cool to see some casefic for this, whether it be serious casefic, with lots of very dramatic moments where I can imagine their eyelinered eyes being all moody, or silly casefic, like accidental baby acquisition (look, I love that episode, I always will, I'm a sucker for Holmes and Watson with a baby). The series was just too short, and I want more case based interactions that also involve marmalade. I dream of this series getting a good vid, and I always enjoy vids where the music is super pop-y or there is a bit of cognitive dissonance between the sounds and images, but it somehow WORKS.
New Russian Holmes - Tell me more about Mrs Hudson. Or fix Irene. Or vids are cool, this one needs more vids, especially given the glorious images.
Mary Russell - I just... there is something that always brings me back to the Russell novels. They're such a comfort read for me. Mary is one of my favourite characters of all time (yes, yes, throw tomatoes all you want, I love her, though). I'd love to see more of Mary interacting with THE TWENTIES, because while we get glimpses here and there, and hilarious moments of her being very wrong-footed and uncomfortable in the set of folks who really got into The Roaring Twenties, I'd like to see her end up immersed in the glitzy glam jazz era side, and falling more into the darkness that the glitzy glam side is hiding. With or without Holmes, at that point, I just want her to have to reckon, full force, with the somewhat stereotypical, but very much real, Roaring Twenties. This is also another space where a Peter Wimsey-Harriet Vane crossover would be lovely, especially since it's already in existence in the books. I would love to see Mary and Harriet meet, in particular, to see what they would make of each other. They have a lot in common...
Enola Holmes - Art of Enola as an adult would be cool. I'd also like to see her and the Watsons developing a friendship separate from Holmes. And I remain intrigued by Enola's role in the Great Hiatus - did she know? was she kept in the dark? how did she deal with either situation?
Charlotte Holmes - as you might guess by the asterisk, this is a request with the big caveat of not liking the Charlotte/Jamie relationship AT ALL. I haven't read the latest book yet, so maybe the last book tries to fix everything, but the fic definitely should either try to fix Charlotte/Jamie so that it's palatable or ignore it all together. I would love a Charlotte and Lena focused story, either slash or otherwise. Just those two, against the world, living their best lives possible and being besties (or girlfriends).
A Study in Honor - I would love to see fanart for this book, either a scene from it or an imagined one. As for fic, I have no concrete ideas, I'd just like to see more of Janet and Sara and their relationship developing and getting healthier.
A Study in Emerald - again, an asterisk! So, I love A Study in Emerald, but I'm less interested in the initial world, in this case, and more about seeing it applied to other Holmesiana. Give me Mary Russell with the filter of Study in Emerald! Or Charlotte Holmes with A Study in Emerald! Or Sherlock Hound with A Study in Emerald (oh, that would be... interesting...). I just like to see the filter applied, see what sticks and what changes. If you really love the original SIA world, then show me what other characters are doing in it. Where's Lestrade? Violet Hunter? Kitty Winter? Mary Morstan? Tell me what they're up to.

For Canon, I'd prefer to write some of the secondary characters rather than Holmes & Watson. Though I love them, I'm also interested in the lives and fates of their clients, some of the villains, their allies and their enemies. I would not be an ideal match for someone who strictly wants Holmes or Watson for their Canon request.
I would also be interested in writing a canon AU. I'm interested in transporting Holmes and Watson (and others) to different time periods, genderswapping them, worldbuilding around them, etc. I'm better at more reality-based AUs (I could stretch to do sci-fi or fantasy, but it might be a mite tricky), but am willing to consider a variety of options.
