Really anything that fits the guidelines above, but if you'd like a few detailed prompts try these!:

1. Exploration of what happened after s4, or even in the fast-forwarded time span we saw at the end with the voice over from Mary. How were the other characters affected by all that happened?
2. Exploration of character relationships- any from the above list. Give us a glimpse of the lives of some of the minor characters when Sherlock and/or aren't interacting with them.
3. Any AU/alternate meeting/canon divergence that follows the above guidelines
4. How about a glimpse into the future of our favorite characters? (five years, ten years, all the way into retirement (but no character death/angst please!))
5. What if this one thing/or these two things in canon were different? How does that effect things?
