Any one of these I would be perfectly happy with, but a combination of any two (or three!) is sincerely welcome! And if none of these spark your interest, that's okay too! Mostly I would like a fic focusing a little more on Joan than any other character (which doesn't necessarily mean it has to be in her POV! Any POV is good to me.)
-Anything domestic/slice of life between Joan and Sherlock is my absolute favorite.
-I would be open to anything exploring Joan’s attraction to women (I headcanon her as pansexual, but I don’t mind others headcanoning her as bisexual, asexual and biromantic, or aromantic). I headcanon Sherlock as bisexual or biromantic sex-positive asexual (but I don’t object to him being seen as aromantic either!)
-I also headcanon Joan and Sherlock as polyamorous—if you can agree with that do what you will with that headcanon
-Anything exploring Joan’s friendships with Kitty or Alfredo
-Also, my experience with reptiles is all but nonexistent, but I strongly headcanon Joan as a reptile lover, especially of snakes and lizards. If that could be worked into a fic I would not mind in the slightest!
-Anything that you write could be part of an established relationship AU. Anything.
-Bringing in Joan’s previous medical expertise (especially in regards to injuries to those she loves); alternatively, protective!Joan is something I’d love to see

DO NOT WANT category:
Please no underage or non-con, no Kitty Winter/Sherlock Holmes or Kitty Winter/Joan Watson that is romantic or sexual, no mention of Joan/Mycroft (it did not happen in my internal Elementary AU), no Joan/Moriarty, and no incest. If Sherlock's relationship with Moriarty need be mentioned, her abuse of Sherlock should be implied or acknowledged. I don't enjoy amnesia fics, but I love either Sherlock or Joan in peril (kidnapping/abduction, serious injury, criminal threat in or out of the brownstone, injury paired with isolation from civilization/lack of cell phone service). I also understand Sherlock can be sexist in the canon, but I don’t want to see that carried out without Joan questioning it or objecting to it explicitly.

Special requests: This is my first fic exchange, and the first fandom I've ever written fic for, so please be patient with my likely constant questions! I am still learning quite a bit as I go. I am also less experienced with writing more serious fics, I tend toward fluff and hurt/comfort, but I am open to writing either fluff or angst!
