I wouldn’t mind any of the following squicks and/or kinks: torture (it's canon in Sherlock BBC, but please don't make it the focal point of the story); somnophilia (consensual)

Please include further details about what you’d like to receive: 1. The biggest thing for me is great character/relationship development and exploration, so anything advancing that is my chocolate. Plotty case fic is adored, especially when it opens a new window into the characters' lives.
2. Good hurt/comfort is gorgeous, but please keep the hurt from overtaking the fic. Also, because I know some stuff about medical things, I would appreciate accuracy. For example, if someone has serious injury to the vital organs, sex in the ER or ICU with that person would send me running.
3. Various traumas have caused emetophobia and an inability to tolerate non-con, dub-con, domestic abuse, alcohol abuse or genuine partner betrayal. Huge apologies, but I'd be very grateful if that baggage could be respected.
4. I would appreciate even the slightest glimmer of a possibility of happiness, however brief it might be, at the end.

Special requests: I can write dark stuff, though I'd rather not do unrelenting dark!fic. I also can't write a lot about vomiting or anything at all about genuine partner betrayal.
