* I have no ship preferences for fanart or podfic as I’m asking for the fanworks to be based on my own works as opposed to original works so I’m happy with whatever the gifter chooses from what I’ve created aside from my Sherlock/John fic, as I don't ship that ship (unless they want to do that as extra art). I have written pretty much every ship imaginable in the BBC Sherlock fandom (as well as crossover ships) aside from a few of the major slash ships and popular threesomes, so this can be a pretty open request. I also do not mind podfic or art for my Elementary fic, if you have anyone willing to do either in that fandom who you are having trouble pairing someone with, though I have very little to offer in that that isn't crossed over with BBC Sherlock (most of it is gen Joan & Sherlock). Please include further details about what you’d like to receive: So this is the first time I’ve ever asked for fanart at Holmestice, but I’m having the same specific request that I have with my usual podfic request. I recently hit two milestones on AO3: I wrote my 650th Sherlock-centric fic and my 1000th fic among all of my fandoms to be hosted on AO3. What I would love more than anything else is to have at least one of my fanfic to have either fanart or podfic to celebrate. Normally I put restrictions on what I’d like, but to be honest? If you’re going to record one of my stories or draw art for it, the only thing I ask is you pick something that doesn’t already have fanart or “New Beginnings,” which already has a podfic. Other than that? Fair game.

As for fic, I’m a huge fan of long fics. I love nice, meaty fics. Not huge novel length fics, but 15K fics are wonderful. I particularly love AUs (I’m a sucker for teacher AUs, either high school or university, and I also adore) and crossovers are the best (if you can write me a long McCoy/Molly fic for this exchange I swear, I will give you a portion of my soul...especially if it’s somehow set in modern time London and he’s stuck here and has to fit in and works at Barts and...yeah, I would love love love this, can you tell?).

Generally though, I love fluff and humor and happy stuff. My life is really depressing so the less angsty and more funny the better. I’m a huge fan of kidfic too, so that would be lovely. I don’t mind sexy times but I’m not as big on reading explicit stuff as much as writing it. I do, however, love double entendres and sexy banter more than anything in the world.

Really, though, I have never been disappointed with this exchange and the caliber of writing is fantastic, so as long as it isn’t angsty and it’s at least a few thousand words long (like, around 4K - 5K?) I’m pretty sure I’ll love it.

Special requests: The last couple of rounds I’ve ended up getting people who want long fics and while normally I would love to oblige I have about, oh, 17 big bang fics to write for two different BBs so I probably won’t be able to do it this round. Someone who doesn’t mind a short 1K to 2K word fic would be lovely. Also, even though I only mentioned a few rare pairings and crossovers this round, if you end up with some strange requests that sound like something I might be up for writing and no one else will fit for the match-up, send me an IM or an email and I’ll let you know if it’s something I might be able to handle. I’m up for trying new things if it’ll help make pairing people off easier.
