ACD:
* Ever since I read "The Man with the Twisted Lip" a while back, I've been curious about Mary and Kate's history together. (At least I'm assuming it's Mary who is married to Watson in this story. ;)) I would love something that explored their friendship/relationship. How close were they, exactly, as girls and young women, before work/marriage/life put distance between them? Did they have a secret romance but give it up because of compulsory heteronormativity? How had distance impacted their relationship when Kate came to Mary in "Twisted Lip"?

* I would love some slice-of-life domestic fic with John and Mary. Preferably when he has not been working on a case or at his private practice. Just a bit of Watson's home life away from the office or the case.

Elementary:
* IMO, Joan Watson was extremely shortchanged this past season in regards to character development. What was especially glossed over is what led to her decision to move out of the Brownstone (other than Mycroft's influence).

* Since we're probably not going to get it in Season 3, I'd love an AU where Joan deals with any residual PTSD from her kidnapping/abduction, then works on her detective skills. Or perhaps she opts to renew her medical license and open a free clinic?

* In the Season 2 finale, there is a scene between Joan and Ms. Hudson that was cut for broadcast. GIMME!

* With Joan/Marcus and Joan/Carrie, I'd love some festive smut. Plot optional. Just let them get it on. *nods*

Watson and Holmes:
* For this incarnation, I'd love to have some speculative fic regarding Irene Adler. I would love this Irene to be genderfluid in presentation (a nod to ACD's Irene going out in men's clothing), involved in music (rock star, perhaps?), and very much Not Straight/Heteronormative. I want Holmes to be intrigued by her, but not in love with her as we've seen in previous adaptations. If you want, you can do a straight up W&H spin on "A Scandal in Bohemia".

Special requests: I'm not the best with case fic, so I'd prefer not to write that.
