Date: 2014-07-02 04:21 pm (UTC)And I have watched it many times since. :-) I especially like Watson's montage about thinking -- that is one of the things that I love about this Watson, that he spends lots of time watching and thinking about what he's looking at, it's beautiful. (That moment in the pilot where, after watching Holmes and watching Lestrade, and understanding what's about to go down, and that justice will not be served, he decides to perjure himself? It's a beautiful moment, and I love that you gave it such a strong shout-out here. And similarly with guns under petticoats, and many other things.
