Please include further details about what you’d like to receive: Do not want: a/b/o dynamics, food porn, diet/weight teasing (the only exception for this is Sherlock's casual tossed out comments on Mycroft's diet), mpreg, OOC, suddenly gay characters, sexuality crisis, Victorian pining, fics that are (essentially) character studies
I like fics: meeting-the-family, case!fic, retirement!fic, slice-of-life, getting-together, cases that take the boys out into the countryside, a little romance, non-dark ending (it doesn't have to be going off into the sunset or close on a kiss, but just good closure and not on a dark note), Lestrade retiring from the force to become a private detective. If you can combine some of these into the fic, you would have my undying devotion.
Prompts:
1. It had started out simply: a kiss in the rain. But then there was a mugging and that led to the dead body which led back to an abandoned house where, sixty years ago, something similar had happened (except for the kiss). Is the killer still alive? Who was the killer? Is this a copy cat? Or something so stupidly simple that John figures it out before Sherlock? (Feel free to use any pairing for this one!)
2. An experimental batch of cocaine winds up in Holmes' hands, rendering the detective comatose; it's up to Watson to find out who made the cocaine and why and what exactly he needs to do to help Holmes come out of the coma.
3. A cold case and a curious theft take the boys to (either Mummy Holmes or John's family) where things that were better left in the past are stirred up. (Feel free to use any pairing for this one!)
4. Mycroft and Lestrade (or any pairing) have been dating for several months now and it's time to meet Mummy.
