Title: Drowning, After a Fashion
Recipient: [livejournal.com profile] morelindo
Artist: [livejournal.com profile] verilyvexed
Characters/Pairings: Sherlock/John, Molly, Anthea
Rating: PG-13? Teen?
Warnings: Nothing graphic, but they are at the beach, thus half-naked, and some of the panels are suggestive, so probably NSFW.
Summary: 9 page comic with a bonus gag page (which we're calling a bonus page because I ran out of time and it's a bit messy. Apologies!) Happy Summer Holmestice, [livejournal.com profile] morelindo, hope this is to your liking!
A/N: A million thanks to [livejournal.com profile] kispexi2, [livejournal.com profile] booshbesotted, and "[livejournal.com profile] nothing_to_say for their help, hand-holding, and whip-cracking.

Mod note: We didn't manage a thank-you gift for all our pinch-hitters this year, but we did manage some. [livejournal.com profile] sc010f, thank you very much for stepping in on such a short notice.

Title: We'll start - and finish - with the riding crop
Recipient: [livejournal.com profile] sc010f
Author: [livejournal.com profile] kispexi2
Characters/Pairings: John/Sherlock
Rating: NC-17
Warnings: bad language, BDSM (light), explicit m/m sex, first time sex, WAFF, happy ending
Summary: John and Sherlock misunderstand each other, resulting in a comedy of errors.

Wordcount: ~5.5K
A/N: This story takes place one week after Sherlock S1:3 (The Great Game) so there could be spoilers if you haven't seen that episode.

Many and fulsome thanks to my betas.

Title: Anything You Can Do I Can Do Better
Author: [livejournal.com profile] who_is_small
Recipient: [livejournal.com profile] mustbehavingfun
Characters: Sherlock, John
Rating: PG
Summary: Sherlock is writing a poem, intending to prove a point. Unfortunately, he gets distracted by Urban Dictionary.
Notes: My first gift was so schmoopy that it practically lacked only John and Sherlock skipping through a meadow, with dandelions in their hair. I thought this might soften the blow a bit. (I also deduced that you are not overly fond of Mr. Anderson. Sherlock was happy to rip him a new one for you.)
Thanks to [livejournal.com profile] pantropia for quick and efficient beta.

The second round of [livejournal.com profile] holmestice is officially over and done with! A huge thank-you goes out to our 52 participants, who wrote, painted, manipped, and generally created some truly impressive fanworks. We also owe a lot to our pinch-hitters, who generously made sure that no one was without a gift.

If you would like to hazard a guess as to who may have created a particular gift, you're welcome to do so in the comments of this post. You're equally welcome to tell the mods how amazing they are for their mad organising skillz.

The Masterlist for this round will be posted on July 1st. Again, we encourage you to catch up on your reading/marvelling and to perhaps leave the odd comment if you find something you've enjoyed. Comments are love. :)

Thank you for participating, cheering, commenting and lurking, and a happy Holmesian Solstice to you all!
