I will create: fic
In the following parts of fandom: BBC
For the following pairings: John and Sherlock friendship or bromance, Molly Hooper/Jim Moriarty, John/Sarah, John/his other girlfriends, Sherlock/Moriarty (as a relationship of the minds, not a sexual one!), Sherlock/Irene or none at all.
I like working with the following categories: Gen, het; angst, crack, fluff, humour, kid!fic, character studies, drama, unusual fic-styles (i.e. letter/diary/texts/web content/...), magical realism, fairy tales, action/adventure, strong female characters, creepiness (if Moriarty is featured), AUs (preferably with some magical / supernatural / fantastic / mythological touch), crossovers, dark!fic, character death (if necessary), asexuality (if dealing with Sherlock/Irene)
I am willing to create for the following kinks: No kinks, sorry. I can't write anything sexually explicit at all.

I want to receive: fic
In at least one of the following parts of fandom: BBC
For at least one of the following pairings: John and Sherlock friendship, Molly Hooper/Jim Moriarty, John/Sarah, John/his other girlfriends, Sherlock/Moriarty (as a relationship of the minds, not a sexual one!), Sherlock/Irene, Irene/Moriarty (more a powerplay than a real relationship) or none at all.
I like stuff in the following categories: Gen, het; angst, crack, fluff, humour, kid!fic, (introspective) character study, (not over the top) drama, unusual fic-styles (i.e. letter/diary/texts/web content/...), magical realism, fairy tales, case!fic, action/adventure, strong female characters, creepiness (if Moriarty is featured), AUs (preferably with some magical / supernatural / fantastic / mythological touch), crossovers with other things I like (check my list of interests), dark!fic, asexuality (if dealing with Sherlock/Irene)
I wouldn’t mind any of the following kinks: No kinks for me, please. :)

Please include further details about what you’d like to receive:
First: Please don't be shocked by the lengthy explanations that follow. I'm just trying to give you an idea of who I am and what I (dis-)like in fics and hopefully provide you with some kind of starting point for your story. :-)

DO NOT WANT: John/Sherlock discovering their feelings for each other and are not sure what to do about them, getting together, first time or pretending to be a couple fics. Also not too fond of prolonged UST, (excessive) pining, h/c, smoopy romances or lengthy declarations of love from characters who usually don't talk about their feelings at all. Also, no porn or NC-17 fics, please.

WANT: I really like fics that focus on character study, character development and interactions / relationships between characters. However, you can also make me very happy with clever plots and surprise twists or elaborating on background stories. I also like fics that provoke thoughts and make me ponder about questions of morality, of what I would have done or what really defines appropriate behaviour.
I love a little humour (or a lot if it fits the fic), either humorous banter among characters or a humorous tone of narrating the story, and if that’s your thing you could try subverting common tropes for humorous effects. Also, I love it when characters that appear to be dreamy and not up to date with reality suddenly are very practical and down-to-earth and offer pragmatic solutions to a problem.
I like reading stories from Sherlock's POV that really get into his head and his complicated thought processes. And I really like if an author thinks of actual clues / evidence for Sherlock to make an deduction about rather than making this deduction an unexplained through-away line. I haven't read many stories from Irene's POV, so that could be an interesting idea as well. Or (if you think you could manage that) I would REALLY love some clear narrator (like in fairy tales or - more recent examples - Amélie or Pushing Daises). If you could capture the spirit of the latter two examples, I would love you forever! <3
For the tone, I love everything between total fluff and dark!fic, whatever is appropriate to the plot you have chosen. Fluffy ones can be a bit cracky or just sweet and light, for darker ones I have a soft spot for properly evil Moriarty and for scary!Mycroft – but everything in between these two extremes is fine, too! Also, complete crack is totally great – the weirder and funnier, the better. :D
(Note though that it's important for me that the tone of the fic suits the characters. If you'd have to go OOC to write fluff, I'd rather prefer something serious - unless that OOC-ness is the point of the fic...)

In case you like having prompts to choose from (I know I do!), please feel free to use any of these as inspiration. If you don't like having prompts or none of them appeals to you, please feel equally free to use your own ideas, though. :-)
- Cabin Pressure crossover: "The Flight of the Dead" (from A Scandal in Belgravia)
- A BBC-Sherlock Steampunk AU which may include dirigibles, weird technological and mechanical devices – maybe Sherlock as an inventor? And everything else you can think of. :)
- a glimpse into how Irene and Moriarty first met and came to work with each other
- Any female character getting a happy ending that DOES NOT involve a romantic relationship, being a secret BAMF or changing her complete personality, but simply her being successful (in whatever), self-confident and content.
- Sherlock and Irene trying to outsmart each other ("Brainy is the new Sexy.")

Special requests: While I love Molly as a character, I'd prefer to write something not centered around her relationship with Sherlock. Also please note that I can't write smut for the life of me.

That's funny - I remember reading this same 'what I would like to receive' last time out (specifically the bit about fairy tales and Amélie-type narrators) and thinking you sounded interesting, before I had any idea who you were! I've only just realised it was you :)
