I love either close friendship/epic bromance or slash fics. I like my angst like I like my tea (black) but I would appreciate it if everyone got to live at the end. Beat them, maim them, do what you will but happy (ish) endings please. That being said open ended endings, like say where there's a long road to recovery or a bit of journey left to go is also acceptable.

No more Hiatus/Reichenbach fic please. I think I'm tapped out on that front for a bit. I can take Return!fic but like not immediate return. Like days, weeks, months, after the fact.

If you want to so it slash and have full on NC-17 level sex go right ahead. All I ask is that this not be PWP territory. Sex for the sake of plot, please! ;) And if Holmes and Watson are a couple please don't turn them into teenagers. Also no random terms of endearment (I really can't take Holmes calling Watson 'love' or 'dear' or anything like that unless it's sarcastic. Ditto for vice versa). If you plan to go into horror and torture you are also more than welcome to go into intense crazy territory with that as well. I'm a horror film buff. I can take it ;)

I like my Watsons as BAMFs and I like my Lestrades competent. Just putting that out there. On that note if we get to see Watson being a doctor at any point (whether he's treating his friends or not) that would be awesome. Watson being a solider is also greatly appreciated (I really appreciated the pulling rank in the BBC series).

Prompt wise though? Nothing immediately comes to mind but I'll love whatever I get so long as it works with everything else I've talked about. Actually, you know what would be cool? The first case that John and Sherlock (or Holmes and Watson) take on post Hiatus. Like the first official case, whether that's through Scotland Yard or through a client. That would be cool but you are under no obligation to write that fic. As I said, if it fits in with what's above I'll be pleased as anything :D


Special requests: I really enjoyed playing around with the holes in ACD canon last time so if someone wants an explanation or a 'what if/what happened' after fic with Canon, BBC, or Grenada I would be all over that. Otherwise I've enjoyed all my assignments so far so keep on doing what you're doing!
