Just a gentle modly reminder that you have two weeks left to turn in your stories and art. We've already had the first contributions trickle in, but there's no need yet to panic.

(There is, however, at least something of a need to start writing/drawing/whatevering if you want to be done in time, so please get on it!)

Also, headers!

Like the last times, to submit your fanwork, we ask that you do the following two things:

1. Please include a header either at the top of the story document or in the body of your e-mail.

This is the header for authors:

<b>Title:</b> <b>Recipient:</b> <b>Author:</b> (will be redacted until the reveal) <b>Characters/Pairings:</b> <b>Rating:</b> <b>Warnings:</b> <b>Summary:</b>

This is the header for artists:

These headers are mandatory. You may add word count or notes or whatever floats your boat, but you may not submit a story or artwork with an incomplete header. If you've already submitted your story without a header, don't worry, we'll add it for you (unless you want to add notes thanking your beta readers or send a message to your recipient).

2. Tag your story for html and add line breaks after paragraphs.

That means adding the relevant tags for italics, bold font or whatever other formatting you may need, as well as blank lines between paragraphs for easier reading. If you don't know how to html-tag, here's a brief guide on which tags do what. If you need additional help, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you.

Stories that haven't been tagged will be posted without italics and related formatting changes. Stories that are one long block of text will not be accepted.

Yup, it's on the profile page.

Though the general idea is always the same: posting starts on the first of the month (December or June) until solstice (21st), then reveal goes up on the first of the following month. :)
