Characters/Pairings: Mycroft/John, John/OFC (temporarily), Sherlock/OFC, John/his stubborn refusal to acknowledge that he’s on a date

Summary: John is pretty sure he’s single, Mycroft is a sneaky romantic and Sherlock finds relationships too confusing.
Author’s Note: With very many thanks to my two lovely betas [livejournal.com profile] devikun and [livejournal.com profile] blue_eyed_1987, who had to put up with my missing words, ever changing tenses and my tripling the original word count! You two are the (much lovelier) `Anthea`s to my Mycroft <3

Title: Footnotes of an Adventurer's Life
Author: [livejournal.com profile] lavvyan
Recipient: [livejournal.com profile] inamac
Characters/Pairings: Holmes, Watson
Rating: PG
Warnings: reference to violence, use of outdated and in one case questionable vocabulary, run-on sentences of doom
Summary: Now that old age has caught me up and rebirth has become a matter of serious contemplation – although I do not flatter myself that my fellow cats might pick me for a journey to the Heaviside Layer over such colourful characters as the Rum Tum Tugger – I wish to recount the story of my first meeting with my very good friend, whom the public still admires as Holmes of Baker Street.
Notes: I moved the timeline a bit, so Holmes and Watson met in 1880 instead of 1881 because otherwise I'd have had to come up with a different Plot DeviceTM and that's just no. Dear [livejournal.com profile] inamac, you (kind of) asked for a very Victorian crossover of ACD Canon with T. S. Eliot's Cats. This is not that story, as there are no hansom cabs, gaslight, Christmas goose or pudding. There are cats though. Happy holidays. :)

Many, many thanks to [livejournal.com profile] kisa_hawklin for her usual beta-reading magic.

Title: A Dickens of a Tale.
Author: [livejournal.com profile] elixile22
Recipient: [livejournal.com profile] mainecoon76
Characters/Pairings: Sherlock / OFCs, hinted at Sherlock/Moriarty but it is at its heart a John/Sherlock story. (Plus bonus random other character interactions.)
Rating: M
Warnings: Swearing, Drug usage, Implied sexual situations, Violence, Death and some Angst
Summary: Concept based upon Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol: Sherlock is haunted by a case from the past whilst investigating a case in the present and there is also an ominous foreshadowing of *whisper it* Reichenbach Falls.
Notes: This is the author's first fic so would appreciate any and every comment to help in the future ^.^ Also many thanks to [livejournal.com profile] cassieingaben for being a god amongst betas (at least what you could do in the time alloted) and the mods for being patient / producing this great comm!
