Omg my two favourite things in a vid: multiple Holmesian sources and good ol' trashy pop songs! (Not to say Gaga is actually trashy pop, she has a fantastic voice, clearly has classical training, this is just how I refer to the genre as a whole, and I LOVE the genre as a whole.)

Firstly, how dare you?? Secondly, i am forever in your debt. Thirdly, I watched this in the bath, which i strongly recommend for other viewers to try as well. And lastly, a brief, very incomplete list of things that made me cackle like an absolute fiend:

-“what’s going on on the floor”. Literally lost it. Water sloshed from the tub, fairly sure the neighbors now think a malevolent witch lives next door.

This is incredible. I mean, it just goes on and on, so many different holmeses and watsons and characters based very loudly on them, and every clip is a perfect match to the words and the rhythm and the energy of the music. Which is one of my favorite songs. It even made me want to go back and watch some Sherlock again.

It's been a pleasure to meet you through Holmestice! House MD was the first fandom I threw myself wholly into and will always be the fandom of my heart, but the Sherlock Holmes fandom is very pleasant as well.

I miss Nightdog and Blackmare so much, but am happily still in touch with Perspi and PWCorgigirl, and very good friends with Bironic. I've tried to pull them into Sherlock Holmes (oh, that John Watson) but they're busy with, you know, life :)
