Oh, wow. What an apt lyrical choice for Sherlock, and fantastic juxtaposition of images!

And I love that you ended on the hug, this one hopeful note of Sherlock reaching out to John, after so much suffering for him.

OMG! Where to begin? First came to this page to read the new comments, and then I saw this gift. I watched it. Someone knows me so, so well here! I love Whump! The song is prefect. I love his hands and the close up of his hands (anyone who's seen my stories, knows pick graphics with Sherlock's hands).
