What made me blush in a less-positive way: that geography snafu. How embarrassing! Somewhere I've picked up the idea (entirely wrong obviously) that the constituent parts of the UK are arranged essentially vertically (so England then Wales then Scotland) - I actually know exactly where I got that impression, but that doesn't make it any more accurate. Thanks for bringing it to my attention so I can fix that detail before posting to AO3.
