What I find fascinating is how seamlessly one can exchange Law's Watson with Liu's Watson. I've always said they're very similar, but several scenes above felt soooo Elementary/Liu that I had to step back and remind myself that no, the original version of that scene was Ritchie/Law.
This is a fascinating compare-and-contrast of Law and Liu, Downey and Miller, and a further sketch of how Elementary might (yet again!) re-envision Reichenbach.
