Guuuuh this is great. I love it when John gets all possessive and serious. He's very loyal, very quickly. dontcha know. I also love the style of this, with the flashbacks to John making Sherlock get it. This line was hilarious: Sherlock sounds so bored that John is half-afraid he'll melt into the sofa in a puddle of existential petulance. Thank you for this: the perfect New Year's Day treat!
