Oh, author anon, this was wonderful. I don't know what I did to deserve such an amazing gift, but I'm really glad I did! I just, wow, there is nothing about this that wasn't sheer perfection. Your Watson-voice, and their obvious love and regard for each other, and the way they always, always complement each other so well, and the sheer eroticism of their encounters, and the way this dimensions fits so neatly into the original story, and freaking EVERYTHING. I always adore a Watson who never fails to rise to whatever challenge Holmes throws his way, and your Watson was utterly delightful. He and Holmes suit each other so well and it's glorious.
