Yeah, unfortunately, your story was posted the exact same day I left town to visit my parents for the holidays, so I replied as soon as I got back- my folks live in an area with no internet access, even on the phone, it was terrible, but this wonderful, brilliant story was awaiting me when I got back! And I'm so glad you got me, because LOOK AT THIS BRILLIANT FANFIC. I can't express enough how genius it is, showing all that Lestrade as law enforcement and Mycroft as the British government WOULD have to deal with, unlike Holmes and Watson. It would be interesting to see just how much the pair of them have to clean up their messes in general. And I think I win Holmestice, quite honestly.
Funny you should mention Marcia Wilson- I actually own both books already! And I have the Sword series on my Nook, and a few of her other pieces. I'm anxiously awaiting (perhaps eternally awaiting, given how she's writing Doctor Who of late) when she releases the published version of The Mooncursers, too, so I can have that in print form.
