Oh, you did Molly proud here. There are a lot of lovely Molly moments, but two I particularly enjoyed was her declaring to Mycroft that she had the power in the relationship, and her sending back flowers and chocolates but keeping the wicked-sharp autopsy tools.
And the goldfish taunt, and Mycroft's in-spite-of-himself response? Also lovely. I clicked into this thinking, "Mycroft and Molly??" but you sold me on it. And I do enjoy fics that sell me on a pairing that I never would have dreamed of for myself.
