I wouldn’t mind any of the following squicks and/or kinks: I’m not into squicks and kinks as the primary motivator for the story. If there’s something the author wants to write, write it, but I hope it would arise through the characters’ relationships and/or the circumstances of the story.

Further Details: I prefer case fic or slice of life stories, where a journey (for a given value of 'journey') is taken, growth happens, and relationships are explored. I prefer characters ‘in character’ and acting appropriately to their age, time, place and status. I like period settings and wouldn’t mind a Victorian opium den, or music hall. I like gentle humor and bad puns. I love crossovers and fusions and, again, serious bonus points if the story approaches liminal barriers or literally crosses boundaries. What I mean by that is bring on your gods, spiritual mediums, immortal characters, ghostly manifestations, and metaphysics or have the guys scrape against another TV show/film/book/comic such as Hannibal, Person of Interest, Ripper Street, Moonlight, Dr. Strange or a manifestation of another Holmes iteration that I haven’t offered. (I’m not a BBC Sherlock fan but I am a long, long time fan of Dr. Strange MCU. I would love an Elementary X Dr. Strange, preferably by someone familiar with the comic book canon as well as the films, as long as the Holmesian POV is primary.)

Special requests: Basically I’m not happy writing kinks or squicks as fanish tropes - formulaic BDSM, MPREG, baby fic, children, aging up or down, brain damage, childish behavior, or ABO. (Also, I don’t want to read them.) But, with that said, if the matchee requests something specific, my general policy is no holds barred.
