Charlotte Holmes series: I adored the world the author created. I would love to see more about what it means to be a Holmes or a Watson in a world where everyone knows about your ancestors and has Expectations. A nice contrast between the training and expectations of a Holmes, perhaps, to that of a Watson. I would love to see some of the Holmeses of the past, especially the lesbian couple (?!?) in the family tree, Valentina and Agatha. I am in love with seeing the friendship/relationship between Leander Holmes and James Watson-- how exactly did that list come about? What were the circumstances that set off each one of those numbered items? I would prefer not a lot of unhappy pining, nor do I want someone to write out James’ wife and family to make Leander and James be together. I’d rather a look at the fun, good times. If you want to write Charlotte/Jamie, please know that I find the way the author has written their relationship as of now to be pretty darn toxic, so I’d be more interested in someone trying to make it less, uh, skeevy. I also have no interest in August Moriarty or his relationship with Charlotte.

Mrs Hudson and Mary Watson Investigation series: I loved the first book, House at Baker Street, and it was amazing. Then the second book, Women of Baker Street, came out, and it was also amazing but INCREDIBLY dark, and I loved this series even more. I am loving the implications that John is teaching Mary things to make her a more effective detective, and that he’s supporting her in this, and so I’d like to see a quiet moment between the two of them, in the aftermath of the second book. I always enjoy the moments between Holmes and Mrs. Hudson, as he tries not to care but does anyway, and Mrs. Hudson always sees right through him, so something along those lines would also be welcome. I’m also completely invested in the friendship between Wiggins and Billy and would adore seeing them outside of 221B, doing things in their own life. I’d love to see more of Irene with Mary and Martha, either one on one or helping them with a new inv I’d really be happy with just about anything for this series, as I think it’s incredibly smart and well thought out. (If someone were somehow able to make a book trailer vid, using source from other places, that would be amaaaaazing.) Art from any scenes in the book would be lovely, but if you do art, I’d really love it to include both Mary and Mrs Hudson, as I love them equally and cannot choose.

Watson at War series: I would love a fix-it fic for Mrs. Gregson. Art of some of the more emotional and touching scenes between Holmes and Watson is awesome.

Mary Russell series: I like seeing Mary interact with women, especially Iris from Justice Hall. I’m really invested in Mary having friendships and relationships with the women she meets, since so much of her life ends up having to revolve around Holmes his scene, so expanding on some of the relationships she built with women in the Kanon would be lovely to see. But especially Iris and her wife; they’re my faaaaavourites. As for art, scenes from the books or imagined scenes are always good. I have a special fondness for Mary Russell, production assistant from Pirate King (because I have worked similar jobs), and something from that in particular would be cool.

Enola Holmes series: How does Enola deal with Reichenbach? Is she in the know, or kept in the dark? What are her interactions with the Watsons during this time? I also love the idea of shipping Enola and Cecily, so if that’s your cuppa, go for it. Portraits of the characters would be lovely.

The Great Shelby Holmes: (Edited: Just finished the second book!) What is Shelby like when she’s not on a case, and how does John deal with it? What exactly went down with John’s dad? In the second book we meet Moira; what's their second encounter with her like? Does the truce with Lestrade and Shelby hold up? I think these are very sweet books, well written and well conceived for their age group, and I'd like to see more love for them!

A Study in Scarlet Women: I want more Mrs. Watson. I want her full backstory, I want her more involved with solving cases with Miss Holmes, I want a nice domestic moment at home… anything focused on Mrs. Watson! I’d also like someone to fix Treadles and his wife, because I continue to be disappointed with that plot line. I like Lestrade characters, and seeing him be a dip is unpleasant. It would also be interesting to see how her sister continues to develop the stories. I do not care about or for Lord Ingram, so you can leave him out of it.

Watson and Holmes: Would love to see more about Violet Smith and Irene Adler, their relationship and friendship. How did Violet find Irene? Are they friends, or are they just teacher/pupil? How do they support each other's careers/hobbies in singing? I'm a singer, so I find this particular relationship very interesting.

Bert Coules: Your pick! Episode tags are always a plus, especially for the Further Adventures. How does Watson feel about Holmes pulling another Dying Detective/Reichenbach in Marlbourne Point Mystery? Does Holmes visit Collington's Smith grave, from Cripplegate Square, and does he ever "introduce" Smith and Watson?

Mystery Queen: I haven’t finished the series just yet, but I’m absolutely loving it. In terms of fic, I’d like to see more on how Seol-Ok and Wan Seung grow to respect each other and be friends; maybe some of Wan Seung’s internal thoughts as he begins to see what Seol-Ok can really do. I LOVE Kyung-Mi and want to see more of her and Seol-Ok being absolute best friends. (I know where Kyung-Mi’s romantic interests go in the show, but if you wanted to give her a girlfriend at some point, no objections…) I would also LOVE a vid for this show. It’s so beautiful, it needs to be vidded.

Elementary: A bit of an oddball request for this one... one of my favourite duos in ACD canon is Kitty Winter and Shinwell Johnson. I loved both of them in Elementary, and feel cheated that they didn't get to meet and interact, and then at how s5 ended. Fix it for me? Give me a Shinwell/Kitty team up. Or even just a conversation-- after all, they've both apprenticed under different members of the Holmes-Watson team, they surely have perspectives to share!

None of these are hard and fast demands or anything, so please feel free to experiment and play. I’m fairly laidback and love lots of different things.

As for Do Not Wants… I love women characters, so please, no bashing. I firmly believe one can love Mary Watson and give her her due while also shipping Holmes and Watson together, so if you’re picking a source where Mary Watson is prominent, please keep that in mind. I like my Watsons to be competent and strong partners for their Holmeses. No Jam!Watson, please. I do not like power differentials in relationships, such as teacher/student, boss/worker, etc, so avoid that. Noncon and dubcon are particular no-gos for me.

Special requests: I recognize my offers and requests are incredibly hard to match. I am very flexible, however, and know far more adaptations and sources than the ones I listed, so I can always be asked to switch. Please go easy on me this round, however; I’m getting married in the middle of it, so my attention is perhaps a bit divided, more than is ideal.

Please include further details about what you’d like to receive: I love stories that take place in seasons one and two and feature a sharper-edged Sherlock a la wordstring’s Paradox Series, with all of the quote-unquote problematic things that entails: drug use, mental health issues, possessiveness, and so on. Definitely don’t need all of those, or even any of those; at the heart of it I prefer flawed and realistic characters. That said, I’d rather it not go too dark; hopefully the characters would have good intentions even if the execution is off.

If that doesn’t sound like your thing, I’ll also happily cry over a story in which John and Sherlock share a bed, so that’s absolutely an option! My list of preferred themes tends a bit dark, but I really do enjoy fluff so long as it fits the characters. If you have a different idea of something you'd like to write, I'm up for it.
