I never really see much Daniell Moriarty content, but he is absolutely wonderful and that scene you mentioned in your signup post is honestly everything. The funky colours are inspired by the original lobby cards for The Woman in Green.

Oh my goodness this is simply gorgeous!!! I love the stars hanging behind them, and Moriarty's faint smile looking at Holmes... It has this sort of cozy/wistful vibe that I really like. The amount of chemistry these two have, even in just one drawing, is incredible. And I love the texture of the matching jackets, and the green curtains.

Really glad you liked it! I remember that scene vividly from when I fist watched it... over 12 years ago? So when you mentioned this specific prompt I knew I had to illustrate it. I love doing art for "less" popular adaptations or at least adaptations that don't get much exposure :)

Oh, ho ho ho! A charming piece! I like the contrast of the flat colors of their skin/shirts/cuffs/the archway with the watercolor textures elsewhere. Love the lobby card vibes. One can almost see a title and tagline pushing their way through the green curtain.
