I will. Teaching and not knowing these things irks me. I am more ot less required to follow the “commas only when required” rules because it would make my students fail their testing. I don’t bother with rules while I converse, because that is my only moment of freedom, but it is still habit in published stuff. I never took a grammar course in my life (shuffled school-to-school and tested out if it in college) so I have had to learn it all on my own. If it was ingrained, it would be far easier.
